Whitwick & District U3A - Beginners Computing Group
Objective
Two levels of sessions are available, being "Absolute Beginners" and "Just Started". The first is aimed at people with no or very little knowledge of PCs, and is intended for those who are thinking of buying or have just bought a PC. It assumes no prior knowledge.
"Just Started" is for those who have overcome the first hurdles but are probably unaware of what can and should be done with their PC.
The group numbers will be kept to a maximum of 6, more typically 4 or 5, to enable a high level of personal attention. Where possible it will be based around the relevant version of Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7) to suit the participants. You do not need to have your own PC to attend the sessions.
Please note When there are an appropriate number of interested people, dates will be arranged for a set of sessions. The Jan 2012 set of "Just Started" sessions is fully booked.
