This group is for people who are interested in all kinds of theatre, including plays, musicals and concerts, at professional and amateur venues.. Programme for 2012Sat Jan 28th 2.30pm "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" by the Christchurch Company at Loughborough Town Hall. Our thanks to Charnwood U3A for tickets. Sun Feb 12th 2.30pm "Strictly Big Band". A concert by "Esna Players" and "Junction 21 Big Band" at Loughborough Town Hall. This is a concert of swing and jazz. Sat Mar 17th 2.30pm "The Rivals". A restoration comedy by Sheridan at The Lace Market Theatre, Nottingham. Fri Apr 27th 7.30pm A night at the Opera at Loghborough Town Hall. The London Festival Opera sing works by Verdi, Puccini, Mozart, Bizet and Offenbach. Sat Apr 28th 2.15pm "Joseph and his Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat" at Curve, Leicester. Thu May 24th 7.30 "The Lady in the Van" by Alan Bennett at Curve, Leicester. Mon Oct 8th 7.30pm "War Horse" at Curve, New London Theatre.£45 per ticket. Final payment by Mon Mar 5th . Contact Ena.
