Whitwick & District U3A - Computer Basics Course
Objective
Computer Basics is a series of short courses designed for those that have not ventured into computing before because they are not sure if they would cope with the technology involved but would like to find out.
The courses will take you through the very basics, switching on, shutting down, using a keyboard and mouse through to writing letters and keeping basic accounts, sending Emails and searching the internet.
Laptops will be provided and there would be a maximum of 3 members per session. The first session would be a 1 to 1 with the Group Leader.

The courses will be suspended for the time being due to unseen circumstances. There will be an entry in Update later in the year when they will resume. Any members thinking of taking up computing or would like to learn the basics of Microsoft Word and/or Excel please contact Richard.
