Whitwick & District U3A - WAD Memories Group
Objective
Whitwick and District u3a began in the autumn of 2008. The WAD Memories group is being established to research the history of our u3a ready for the 20th anniversary in 2028. Although our current WAD membership is over 300, there are only nine of the 2008 founder members still with us, plus 20 who joined in 2009 and four in 2010. If we don't research WAD's history now, the likelihood is that memories and records will be lost forever.

We are meeting at 2pm on Tuesday 20th October to assess the next stage in processing all of the material that we have gathered.
