If you do not see it in your inbox, then please check your spam folder. Although emails normally arrive within seconds, it is suggested that you allow a couple of minutes between any retries.

Your Membership Number can be found on your membership card or your joining / renewal letter. It is not prefixed with "WAD"
This is NOT the same as the barcode on your membership badge.
Note If you know your current Username and just want to change it, then it is simpler to log in and then choose Change Username.
